Police Club emerged as a new powerful entity in the football arena of Bhubaneswar, Orissa``s capital city, by edging out home favourites Kishore Club 1-0 in the Bhubaneswar Football League at the Unit-I Boys`` High School ground here today.
Bidur Jani scored the all-importnat goal by flicking home a cross from the right wing, five minutes before the final whistle. With this win, Police Club completed their group engagements with full nine points from three outings. For Kishore Club, it was their first defeat in two matches.
