Himachal Pradhesh beat Odisha by six wickets in their Elite Group-C league match of the Vinoo Mankad Trophy U-19 One-Day Limited-Overs Tournament at KL Saini Stadium in Jaipur today. This was the third defeat in four matches for Odisha, who will next meet Jammu & Kashmir at Jaipuria Vidyalaya Ground in Jaipur on October 15.
Put into bat, Odisha made a competitive total of 238 for six, thanks to half-century each by Subham Satrujit and Aakash Ch Nayak. Himachal overhauled the target in 47.3 overs, losing four wickets in the process. Sekhar Majhiu and Nitish Samantaray picked two wickets each for Odisha.
