Odisha boy Yashraj Nayak won the under-14 doubles title in the First Serve Sports Association-BTA-AITA Championship Series Tennis Tournament, organised by Bengal Tennis Association (BTA) held at Yuva Bharati Krirangan, Salt Lake, Kolkata from October 8 to 11, 2018. In the singles event, he reached quarterfinals.
Bhubaneswar lad Yashraj achieved the success with West Bengal partner Arnav Manral. They defeated West Bengal pair of Sarnaav Ghosh and Keshav Goel in the final 6-3, 0-6, 10-3. This was the second AITA title and first in doubles for Yashraj, who is a pupil of S S Tennis Academy, Bhubaneswar.
Also a student of DAV Public School, Unit-VIII, Bhubaneswar, Yashraj had won his first AITA title by emerging under-14 singles champion in the Ganesswar Mishra Memorial AITA-OTA Talent Series Tournament at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar in July, 2018.
