Kendrapara Evening College emerged champions in the Utkal University Inter-College Women’s Volleyball Tournament, defeating Godavarish College, Banpur in the final by 2-0 sets here at Biju Patnaik Sports Complex in Vani Vihar today.
Earlier in the semifinals, Kendrapara Evening College beat Regional Institute of Education, Bhubaneswar 2-0, while Godavarish College got the better of Paradeep College 2-1. Utkal University Sports Council Director Prof Kabir Mohan Sethi gave away the trophy at the closing ceremony.
