Bhubaneswar emerged overall champions with 255 points in the 57th State Swimming Championship, which was organised by Odisha Olympic Association (OOA) here at OCA Club Swimming Complex, Barabati Stadium on June 5 and 6. Sambalpur finished overall runners-up with 195 points.
Bhubaneswar also came out group champions in five categories. Sambalpur and Cuttack emerged group toppers in two categories each, while East Coast Railway did so in one category. Altogether 207 swimmers from 17 units of Odisha Swimming Association (OSA) vied for honours in 102 events for sub-junior and junior boys and girls, senior men and women.
