Ravenshaw University emerged champions in the OCA Inter-College Knock-out Tournament, defeating Christ College in the final by six wickets at Bidanasi Ground here today. Ravenshaw allrounder Srijaya Mohanty was the star performer of the tournament, hitting a half-century each in the semifinal and final besides picking up three wickets in the semifinal.
Champion Ravenshaw University received the trophy and a cash prize of Rs 10,000, while runners-up Christ College were given Rs 5,000. Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) treasurer Satya Mohanty graced the presentation ceremony as chief guest, while joint-secretary Sanjib Dutta was the guest of honour.
