Odisha men and women finished runners-up in doubles and team events respectively in the 26th Senior National Sepak-takraw Championship, which was held at Margaon, Goa from February 2 to 5. In the finals, Odisha men lost to Manipur, while the women went down to Uttar Pradesh.
Six men and 12 women represented Odisha in the championship. Pravasini Parida was the captain of the women team with Laxmipriya Nayak the deputy. Pravakar Pathi led the men team with Bulu Patra as vice-captain.
