Railway shuttler S Appa Rao bagged a double by winning the men`s singles and doubles titles in the All-Odisha Nalco Open Badminton Tournament, which concluded here at Nalco Community Centre Badminton Hall today.
B P Kar and B K Sahoo claimed the veterans doubles crown in the three-day tournament, which was organised by Nalco Yuba Jyoti Club.
RESULTS (All finals):
Men`s singles: S Appa Rao bt B Kiran Mouli 22-20, 15-21, 21-15.
Men`s doubles: S Appa Rao-Gyan Chand bt RK Beura-B Kiran Mouli 17-21, 21-16, 23-21.
Veteran (45+) doubles: BP Kar-Bharat K Sahoo bt Srikant Chowdhury-SK Patnaik 15-21, 21-10, 21-9.
