Cuttack men and Rourkela women emerged champions in the 23rd State Throwball Championship, which concluded at Puri today. In the finals, Cuttack men beat Puri, while Rourkela women got the better of Dhenkanal.
Puri MLA Maheswar Mohanty handed over the trophies in the presence of Throwball Federation of India secretary general Naresh Mann.
