Orissa has bagged five gold and three bronze medals in the 26th All-India Open Karate Championship, which was held at Manali from May 26 to 30, a press release from Orissa State Karate Association informed today.
Medallists:
Gold: Sushant Panda (55kg fight), Dilip Jena (18-21 years fight), Ambit Mohanty (colour belt fight), Kamlesh Ray (7-9 years kata and fight).
Bronze: Somanath Sahoo (70kg kata and fight), Debasish Ghosh (60kg
colour belt fight).
