Defending champions Goa and strong contenders Andhra Pradesh storm into men’s quarterfinals, winning all of their five league matches in the 24th Senior National Baseball Championship at Ravenshaw University ground in Cuttack today. Host Orissa also ensured a berth in the last eight round with three wins and a defeat in Pool-B. In the women’s section, last year’s runners-up Orissa became the first team to enter the quarterfinals, posting four wins in a row in Pool-B.
