Orissa bagged two bronze medals through Amiya Kumar Mallick and Saraswati Chand bagged in the two-day National Sprints Meet, which concluded at NSNIS, Patiala today.
Bhubaneswar teenager Amiya finished third in men’s 200 metre event, clocking 21.90 seconds. He earlier occupied the seventh position in men’s 100m event with a timing of 10.80 seconds.
Experienced police athlete Saraswati secured the bronze in women’s 400m event, taking 56.52 seconds.
