Prasnta Kumar Nayak has replaced Manoj Bhadra as the secretary of Khurda District Basketball Association (KDBA) for a two-year term.
According to a KDBA release today, local MLA
Bhagirathi Badajena retained his post as working president in the elections held at Unit-1 Indoor Hall in Bhubaneswar on June 21.
