Biswabharati Cricket Club, Cuttack lifted the 13th Konark Cup All-Orissa Cricket Tournament at Green Park Stadium in Konark today.
Biswabharati beat Mangala Club in the final by six wickets to receive the top prize of Rs 8,001. Biswabharati all-rounder Lagnajit Samal was named both the man of the match and the man of the tournament.
The tournament was organised by Konark Sports Academy in association with Konark NAC.
Brief scores: Mangala Club 132/7 in 30 overs (Rajesh Singh 38, Pratyush Das 28: Prashant Sahu, Lagnajit Samal 2 wkts each) lost to Biswabharati Cricket Club 133/4 in 21.2 overs (Lagnajit Samal 35 n.o, Prashant Sahu 34, Roshan Swain 26).
