Jharkhand were 248 for six in the first innings at the end of the opening day of the four-day East Zone C K Nayudu under-22 cricket match against hosts Orissa at Nimpur ground in Cuttack today.
Shiv Prakash Goutam lifted Jharkhand with a knock of 75, while Bibhudutta Panda and Natraj Behera claimed two wickets each for the home side.
