Orissa will meet Goa in the final of the All-India Womens Football Tournament at Pondichery tomorrow. In the semifinals, Orissa beat Dindigul District Football Association (Tamil Nadu) 2-0, while Goa defeated Selvam Sports Academy (Tamil Nadu) today.
Indira Munda and captain Pinky Bompal Magar scored the two goals for Orissa in the 12th and 59th minutes. Earlier yesterday, Orissa trounced Kanchipur District XI (Tamil Nadu) 8-1 in their opening match to storm into the semifinals.
Captain Magar led the scoring with three goals, Thunki Munda and Indira Munda struck a brace each, while Santosini Oram contributed one goal.
