Odisha shooting icon Shriyanka Sadangi bagged two international medals in space of four days, winning gold and silver in 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team event with mentor and Olympian Gagan Narang as her partner.
With these two medals, the total number of international medals for 24-year-old Shriyanka went up to 25. The 25 medals include six gold, 13 silver and six bronze.
Sambalpur lass Shriyanka and Gagan first secured the silver at the 50th Grand Prix of Liberation International Shooting Competition at Plzen in Czech Republic on 5th May, 2019. They followed it with gold at International Shooting Competition of Hannover, Germany on 8th May, 2019.
The Indian pair scored 498.4 points at Plzen and 499.3 points at Hannover. MBA student of KIIT University, Shriyanka is also competing in women individual events of the Hannover competition.
