58 medals given away in State Shooting Championship

Marksmen and markswoman bagged a total of 58 medals in the 8th Odisha State Championship, which was organised by Odisha Rifle Association (ORA) here at Kalinga Stadium Shooting Complex and Utkal Karate School from July 26 to 30. The medals included 22 gold, 19 silver and 17 bronze.

Talcher Rifle Club joint-secretary Sarat Chandra Deb handed over the medals in the presence of ORA secretary Hari Prasad Pattanayak, joint-secretary Balabhadra Das, assistant-secretary Gouri Mohanty and ISSF coach Ashish Nayak.

25m Pistol (.22): Junior men:
