A four-wicket haul by left-arm spinner Ekta Bisht propelled star-studded Railways to a nine-wicket win over Odisha in their Elite Group A match of the Senior Women One-day League at Khandhari Stadium in Rajkot today. Put into bat, Odisha were bundled out for 87. Barring captain Madhusmita Behera, who made 32, only two other Odisha batsmen were able to reach double figures.
Railways overhauled the target in 15.2 overs with opener M Thirushkamini and captain Mithali Raj remaining unbeaten on 41 and 37 respectively. The win fetched Railways four points, while Odisha drew blank.
