Eight-time national cycling champion and Arjuna Awardee Minati Mohapatra became the new president of Orissa Cycling Association (OCA) as she was elected unopposed for a four-year term (2015-2019) in the annual general meeting held at Barabati Stadium here yesterday.
Bijay Kumar Das was elected as the new secretary. He replaced Bijay Kumar Rout, who withdrew from the contest, alleging irregularity in the election process.
