Local player Sanjeeban Nayak won the title in the 27th Bhubaneswar Open Chess Tournament, scoring 7.5 points out of possible eight at Secretariat Recreation Club here on Sunday. Santosh Sinha finished runner-up with seven points.
As many as 115 players from 16 districts participated in the three-day tournament, which was organised by Bhubaneswar Chess Association.
