Kerala girls and Services boys emerged overall champions in the 19th Junior National Fencing Championship, which concluded at JN Indoor Stadium in Cuttack today. Manipur and Punjab finished second and third in girls` category, while Punjab and Tamil Nadu occupied the second and third positions in boys` group. Services boys won the epee team title. Punjab finished second, while the third place was shared by Tamil Nadu and Manipur.

Girls team: Foil: 1. Kerala, 2. Assam, 3. Manipur and Punjab. Epee: 1. Kerala, 2. Manipur, 3. Tamil Nadu and Punjab. Sabre: 1. Kerala, 2. Chandigarh, 3. Manipur and Andhra Pradesh.
Boys individual: Foil: 1. Roshan (Manipur), 2. Bickey (Manipur), 3. Deepak (Assam). Epee: 1. Vijay (Assam), 2. Amit Singh (MP), 3. Ninit (SSCB). Sabre: 1. Varinder Singh (Punjab), 2. KP Gishonidhi (TN), 3. Dapinderjeet (Punjab).
