Arabinda Sahu of Kalahandi and Pratyeshu Sahu of Talcher emerged man and woman champions in the 0.22 bore 50m rifle event of the 3rd State Shooting Championship, which was being organised by Orissa Rifle Association simultaneously at Police Shooting Range, Bayree (Jajpur) and Utkal Karate School here from December 14 to 16. ORA patron Kalikesh Singhdeo gave away the prize at the closing function.
