Odisha sprint queen Srabani Nanda bagged a silver medal each in 100 and 200 metre events, clocking 12.06 seconds and 24.90 seconds respectively in the 16th Federation Cup National Senior Athletics Championship, which concluded at Patiala today.
A four-member all-women Odisha squad secured a total of three medals in the four-day championship. The other medallist was Sukumati Lagiri, who claimed a bronze in 800m run with a timing of two minutes 11.74 seconds.
Among the other two Odisha competitors, Saraswati Chand finished fourth in women`s 400m run, clocking 56.34 seconds, while Purnima Hembram stood fifth in women`s heptathlon with a score of 4587 points.
