Orissa batsmen disappoint again

Off-spinner Mohnish Parmar bagged six wickets for 53 runs to help Gujarat bundle out a spineless Orissa for 162 on the opening day of their four-day Elite Group-A Ranji match at the East Coast Railway ground in Bhubaneswar today. Twenty-year-old Parmar, whose bowling style resembles that of the Sri Lankan offie Muthaiah Muralitharan, teased and tormented the home batsmen with his nagging accuracy to increase his tally of wickets to 28 in the ongoing championship and 76 in his 17-match first-class career.
