Yogendra Deep scored twice to help Orissa Police, Cuttack advance to the semifinals of 9th All-India Knock-out Footbal Tournament, defeating Chhotanagpur Athletic Association, Ranchi at the Sersa ground, Bondamunda, near Rourkela today.
After the first half ended goalless, Deep opened the scoring in the 52nd minute and struck again in the 78th minute. Apart from Orissa Police, two more teams � Tata Motors, Jamshedpur and Police Athletic Association, Kolkata have reached the last-four round.
Signal Core, Goa will take on Debendra Majhi Sports Foundation, Chakradharpur on Monday to decide the last semifinal berth.
