Orissa secured a 35-run first innings lead by bowling out host Bengal for 130 on the second day of their four-day East Zone C K Nayudu Trophy under-22 cricket match at Berhampore (WB) today.
Orissa increased the lead to 135 by making 100 for three in the second innings at close. Alok Pradhan did maximum damage to the Bengal innings by picking up four wickets, while Tukuna Sahu claimed three.
In the second innings, opener Natraj Behera scored a half-century with the help of seven fours and a six.
